Terms of Service

1. Operator and Purpose

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Plimake service operated by Weltenters FZ-LLC ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.

2. Eligibility

  • The service is available to individuals or legal entities aged 14 or older.
  • Registration by users under the age of 14 is not permitted. The Company is not liable for issues arising from violations of this restriction.
  • By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Services Provided

The Company provides the following services:

  • Desktop App – Automated video editing software based on YouTube music playlists
  • Web Portal – Subscription management, device management, billing, and account settings
  • AI Music Integration – Integration with AI-generated music and background audio services
  • Video Lessons – Paid and free educational content

4. YouTube API Services

Plimake accesses your YouTube channel information and video data through YouTube API Services. By using this service, you agree to the following policies:

You may revoke Plimake's access to your Google account at any time via Google Security Settings.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid services are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis and are billed via Stripe.
  • Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate compared to the monthly price.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew on the renewal date unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings page. You will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
  • The Company will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription Services

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the subscription start date. No refunds will be issued after 7 days.

Lesson Packages

Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase. If any lessons have been watched, a partial refund will be issued based on the proportion of unwatched content.

7. Software License and Device Limits

  • Paid subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
  • The license permits simultaneous use on up to 1 device on Basic, 1 device on Pro, and 3 devices on Max.
  • If you want to activate a new device after reaching your plan limit, remove an existing registered device from the web portal first.
  • The license is valid only for the duration of an active subscription.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
  • Unauthorized transfer, resale, or sharing of a license
  • Using data collected via the YouTube API for unauthorized purposes
  • Actions that place excessive load on the Company's servers or infrastructure
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account or collection of account credentials
  • Violation of applicable laws or infringement of third-party rights

9. Service Interruption and Account Termination

  • The Company may temporarily suspend part or all of the service for reasons including system maintenance, force majeure, or legal compliance.
  • In the event of a violation of prohibited conduct, the Company may suspend or terminate the relevant account without prior notice.
  • Users may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data except payment records will be immediately removed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Company is not liable for damages resulting from the user's own actions or negligence.
  • The Company is not responsible for changes to service functionality resulting from Google's decisions, including YouTube API policy changes or access restrictions.
  • The service is provided “as-is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) as the court of first instance.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company will notify users of any material changes at least 7 days before they take effect, via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
