Install, connect, and solve issues in one place

Find installation, license, Suno connection, and troubleshooting help in one place.

Installation Guide

macOS. macOS: Open the DMG file and drag Plimake to your Applications folder. On first launch, if you see an 'Unidentified Developer' warning, go to System Settings β†’ Privacy & Security and click 'Open Anyway'.

Windows. Windows: Run Setup.exe and follow the installer. If Windows Defender shows a warning, click 'More info' β†’ 'Run anyway'. Plimake is safe and code-signed.

How to Connect YouTube. Open the app β†’ Settings β†’ YouTube β†’ click 'Connect Account' β†’ choose your Google account and allow the permissions. You can connect multiple channels with the Add button.

Billing & Subscription

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Download the app and use core features for free. Suno AI generation, batch rendering, and premium assets are unlocked with a subscription.

What is the refund policy?

Full refunds are available within 7 days of subscription start. Course packages can be refunded within 3 days. Email support@plimake.com to request a refund.

How do I move to a new device?

Go to plimake.com Dashboard β†’ License Keys β†’ click 'Deactivate' on your current device. Then install the app on your new device and enter the same license key.

What's the benefit of annual billing?

Annual billing costs 11 months' price for 12 months of useβ€”about an 8% savings.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

All local data in the desktop app (channels, playlists, songs, video presets) remains intact. Only server sync is paused.

Technical Issues

macOS says 'Unidentified Developer'

Go to System Settings β†’ Privacy & Security β†’ scroll down and click 'Open Anyway'. Alternatively, right-click the app in Finder and select 'Open'.

Windows Defender shows a warning

Plimake is safe software. In the Windows Defender window, click 'More info' then 'Run anyway'.

Rendering is very slow

Go to app Settings β†’ Rendering β†’ if the GPU encoder is set to 'libx264 (software)', switch to a hardware option like videotoolbox, nvenc, or qsv for much faster rendering.

The app won't launch

Fully quit and restart the app, or check for an update. If the issue persists, contact support@plimake.com.

Why doesn't auto-update work?

We rotated the desktop update signing key as part of a recent security hardening. Existing installs that were paired with the old key cannot verify the new updates and will silently fail to apply them. One manual reinstall pairs you with the new key β€” after that, auto-updates resume normally.

How do I manually reinstall?

Visit https://plimake.com/download while signed in, download the macOS or Windows installer for your platform, and run it. The installer replaces your current app β€” there is no need to uninstall the old version first.

Will my projects and settings persist after reinstall?

Yes. Local projects, render presets, sign-in state, and connected service cookies (e.g. Suno) all live in your user data directory and are not touched by reinstall. After launch, your previous workspace and project list reappear automatically.
